Everlasting Portraits is a collection of works by Donna Garrison Leonard. She is a portrait artist and a portrait photographer. Her works reflect her passion for expressing one's personality through her portrait art. Her desire is to capture the "spirit of a person" through their eyes. Her works reflect her sincerity and genuine devotion to serving the "Creator" of all things.
Donna's passion for portraiture was inspired by her mother, Billie Garrison, who was an artist all of her life. Billie studied for years with Constantine and Romanov Chatov in Atlanta. Many years later, Donna had the opportunity to study with Marc Chatov, Constantine's son. Billie Garrison would have loved knowing how her love of art and painting influenced her family. Donna is a member of both the Portrait Society of America and the Portrait Society of Atlanta. She has attended Portrait Society of America Conferences in Boston, MA, Washington, DC, Dallas, TX, Philadelphia, PA and Atlanta, GA. Donna continues to study and mentor with local and international artists. She resides in Georgia.
