Donna's passion for portraiture was inspired by her mother, Billie Garrison, who was an artist all of her life. Donna has always pursued artistic avenues of expression. Even though she enjoys painting many subjects, her real excitement and passion is for portraiture. To capture the essence of a person in her paintings is her heart's desire. To glorify God is her life's calling . . .
Donna has been a member of the Portrait Society of America since 2003. She has attended Portrait Society of America Conferences in Boston, MA, Washington, DC, Dallas, TX and Philadelphia, PA. She is also a member of the Portrait Society of Atlanta. Donna continues to study with local artists in the pursuit of knowledge and excellence. She resides in metro Atlanta (Georgia).
